I took these photos at my uncle's house on the river last night. It's actually an old dormitory, and they use it for entertaining in the summer. There are 12 bedrooms, and I took pictures of many of them. I turned them all into black and whites, because the rooms all had a vintage feel, and black and white felt "right." Some of them are reminiscent of Andrew Wyeth paintings, don't you think?

Sharona - I absolutely LOVE those B/W bedroom shots. Absolutely, positively LOVE them. I may need to beg you or barter with you to have your permission to print those out. Seriously. My mind is working on where I could use those, and I'm thinking that somehow using/grouping them in my Guest Room (where you were my inspiration and guiding hand with the fabrics) would be that perfect finishing touch I've been waiting for.
Yes, very Andrew Wyeth! I could see a yellow dog curled up on one of those beds! :-)
