Since I don't have time to do a big post this morning, I'm going to just put up a pic of the necklace I listed today on Etsy. I may list some paintings tomorrow. I did some small ones on wood. Hey, I'll post a sneak peek of them right here!
That's it for now. More later on how I read John Steinbeck's "The Pearl" the other night, and thoroughly enjoyed it this second time through, 28 yrs later.

gawjus necklace - and it matches my aqua/chocolate home, too! I'll have to get over to etsy when I get home from work tonight and check out the goods. Your paintings are absolutely delightful! Light, happy and carefree - just how I imagine you are!
Gorgeous work, Sharon! I am interested on hearing about reading The Pearl through new eyes. I think we may have it in our bookcase...I know we have The Red Pony, not sure about The Pearl. I haven't read it since I was a kid, either. Great idea!!!
Oooohhh!! Peonies! Lovely paintings. I wouldn't mind hearing more about The Pearl, too. I think I may've read it in high school...but you know, just the one brain cell left all these years later, so who knows? ; )
Hey there!
I love that you are putting some paintings on Etsy. They are really fun.
Thanks for stopping by. I forget who all is in Blog Land anymore. I added you to my links so now I'll remember to come by.

Okay...I am a bit slow on the uptake! It just dawned on me that you are referencing "The Big Blue Marble in space"? (in my best 70's singing voice) Wasn't it part of Zoom or maybe it just came on after Zoom?
