Happy Holloween!

My father sent those purple candlesticks to Kathleen.  They flicker when you turn them on.  Too funny.  We bought the bowl a couple of years ago.  The hand comes down when you reach into the bowl, and it talks, too!  "Want some candy?   Trick or Treat!  Happy Halloween!"
I finally sewed my shades for the kitchen.  I'm thinking I'll be closing them at night in the winter to keep it a little warmer in there.  Don't mind the unpainted, un-put-together radiator cover.  I have yet to lay the new kitchen floor.  All in time.
Ok, you may want to enlarge this photo to see it better.  Mr Coyote is on the far left of the shot, stalking the four deer on the right.  You should have seen it!  He never did chase any of them down, though, thank God.  I'm not so sure I could have watched that.  :(

Owwwoooooo! (said in my best howling voice)
You probably are hearing quite a bit of howling with the coyotes nearby.
I love, love your kitchen corner with the white trim, the blue walls, and the raspberry toile WT. So pretty!

Where did you get the witch banner?

Thanks, guys! I love my toile too. Jean, the witch banner came from Bolt fabrics in Latham, where I work a couple of days a week. I'm sure it's 75% off now. Want me to pick some up for you for next year? It's fun, right? We have skulls too!

Heee...I was sure you made that cute witch banner! It's great.

But of course the window treatments steal the show, right after the incredible outdoor shots.

I love seeing your house coming together under your talent hand. I saw your cabinets a few weeks ago and it let me get an even better feel for how great that kitchen must look!

Happy Halloween!

I love your new shades. That fabric is niiiice. Your photo of the coyote looks like an impressionist painting with lots of neat, interesting colors. Love it.

Those shades are so pretty!

And I love to hear the coyotes howling at night, only because I hear it every blue moon and it's such a spooky sound to hear at 2 in the morning. :-) Wouldn't want to hear it in a TENT, but in my own safe bed... :-)

Nice shades...they DO like they could keep out the winter chill. Have you ever seen that insulating lining you can add to curtains to really help them keep the chill out Very cool!

I like your backyard wild jamboree! Coyotes, deer, turkey...a regular game festival!

I want some of those...that fabric...GORGEOUS! Your house is beyond precious...after all...it IS the Cottage at Woods End. snort. That coyote...not so gorgeous. We have them running around our neighborhood occasionally...they grab poor little unsuspecting chipmunks.

Your fall pics are amazing Sharon!
