Now isn't this what winter in the Northeast is all about? It's not about icy roads and paying oil bills and freezing to death...it's about sledding on big awesome hills with ramps that Dwight built in his back yard! (Dwight is my friend Jennifer's husband--a gem he is!) I brought Kathleen and her cousin Madeline over to Jennifer's this morning, and they had a blast.
Even the dogs had fun!

Oh, Sharon-aroonie! I'm not a big one for snow, but that sure does look like a TOTAL blast! Great pics; they really show how much fun everyone was having playing in the snow.
You are the goddess of photography! And I couldn't help but chuckle to myself (do people still use the word "chuckle"?) when I saw the video of Tat and Madeline; the first image of Tat you ever sent me was a video of her sledding downhill; probably the same hill! Gad. She was so much smaller then. Good to see you're still enjoying the snow, though. Me too! Bring it on! :)
Awesome pictures, Sharon! What fun sledding is. We often haul a load of neighbor kids up to the pasture to sled down the hills and I love seeing them all come back with rosy cheeks and smiling faces!
Wheeeeeeeeeeee! That was fun! I just love that the dogs started chasing them at the bottom of the hill. What a hoot! I need to haul my young'uns up to Flagstaff this weekend to enjoy the snow! What a fun post, Sharon!
Hello Sharon...beautiful photos! The snow looks so pretty. Kids and dogs look like they are having a great time!
We had Spring in our neck of the woods, for a couple days this week!
