Riding the Rails

....aka my afternoon photo shoot with Kathleen. I know it's overkill, posting all the pics that I did, but she was a great subject! I wanted to share! All of my post processing on these was done in Lightroom 2.0, so no textures have been added. Click to enlarge.
Everything looks better bigger! (<---my motto) ;)

Hey, Sharon, great photos! You're really getting good with that camera. I'm taking an online photog class with one of my advertisers, so I'm hopping to learn more. I guess this photography stuff can be addicting too. Nice job & thanks for stopping by.

It's still a point-and-shoot, too, Rhoda! I can only imagine what they'd look like with a DSLR. I'll look forward to seeing what you can do with yours!

I think it is all about the eye and the subject...and your subject is a beauty to behold! I daresay she could do a balance beam quite nicely!

Loved looking at those, Sharon!

I don't know which ones makes me smile more . . . the way Kathleen has grown up before our eyes into such a knock out beauty or the way you keep growing your talents! Simply fabulous, girl!
