Valentine's Day displays have been put up at
Bolt. Rosemary (one of the owners) loves to do displays, so she did these up. I especially love the "lady in the chair" down below. She saw this idea in a magazine ad for some high end fabric--I can't remember what it was. She ran with it, and I think it came out great. It really does look like a woman sitting there, doesn't it?
We are running low on accessories. I think we should go to the gift show in NYC and buy some new stuff. But we still have a bunch of antique majolica, which is very pretty.
I'm trying to think of something sweet and clever to get for Kathleen for Valentine's Day. Last year I gave her a pretty necklace. I'm thinking maybe a new shirt or something this year. hmmm...any suggestions?
